VINTAGE TOUR
TERMS AND CONDITION

Service - ”Vintage Tour Milano” (P.I. 086136209565 – A.T. N° REP. 214/2013 MB) providing private tour with a Tour Leader Driver (English or Italian speaking) aboard a timeless car: a Classic Red Fiat 500.
“Vintage Tour Milano” does NOT provide or run taxi services, transfer services or car rental.
Reservation can be made on +39 346 8353403 (telephone or sms), info@vintagetour.it (tickets on board) or on www.vintagetour.it (online booking, if available). All journeys must be pre-booked and paid for in advance of the event time.
Hotel pick-up for selected hotels in city centre only (for 1 hour tour or longer). Official meeting point is on via Bagutta, corner piazza San Babila (Metro 1 Red Line, stop San Babila). Tour route may be subject to variation/cancellation depending on traffic condition, accidents, or city council recommendation. Tour route and meeting point (start-finish) is not modifiable by client.

General condition - Prices shown refer to tour with a qualified Tour Leader-Driver by Classic Red Fiat 500 and include: up to three seats per car for adult people, cost of fuel, taxes, passenger and third party liability insurance.
Tours lasting 1 hour include 1 stop for photo opportunities, tours lasting 2 hours include 2 stops for photo opportunities, tours lasting 3 hours include 3 stops for photo opportunities.
Guide services, entrance to museums, meals and beverages, and charges and expenses other than those specified are not included.
The client cannot drive the car.
“Vintage Tour Milano” cannot be held responsible for traffic jams, delays, irregularities in scheduling, bad weather or the loss or theft of personal objects.
The vehicle is without: air-conditioning, seatbelts, air-bags, child seating. Smoking is not allowed onboard.
The vehicle is not allowed to carry people with disabilities. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Dress code suggest is smart casual, a maximum of 3 people per booking/car.
A current valid passport/document is required on the day of travel. “Vintage Tour Milano” does not assume responsibility for loss of baggage, money, valuables or other items during the trip.

Safety - Please take extra care when boarding, especially when entering the rear of the vehicle and keep hands and feet away from the doors and windows at all times.
Watch out for cars, buses and cyclists when crossing the road and do not run.
Please be advised that it is the customer’s responsibility to conduct themselves in a safe and responsible manner in and out of the car.
In the unlikely event of an accident, remain calm: the driver will take the customer to a safe place away from the scene of the accident.
Fire extinguisher, first aid kit (the emergency kit) are located in the car (emergency number is 112).

Cancellation - You may cancel your booking within 48 hours prior to the tour.
We will only offer a refund or an alternative date/time, if notification for a cancellation is received 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking commencing (5 days for 2 cars or more).
No refund will be provided to the individuals that are not present at the agreed meeting time and place.
A no show will incur full cost. If a client is late to arrive at the arranged pick-up point, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes before the appointment is automatically cancelled. Please note no refund will be given in these circumstances. Notifications of cancellation can be made via +39 346 8353403 (telephone or sms) or e-mail info@vintagetour.it or on www.vintagetour.it (online booking, if available).
Expiry date of “Gift Tour Voucher”: 6 months.

In case of car failure (breakdown/accident) we will only offer you a 100% refund or an alternative date/time. We can operate in wet weather. In extreme weather conditions (snow, ice, wind, etc.) we reserve the right to cancel the experience. We shall then reschedule the experience. In the case that the tour does not take place due to bad weather, no fee will be applicable to the customer.  If we are running late because of an unforeseen circumstance, we will call the customer to make them aware, so please ensure that a valid mobile telephone number is supplied when booking.
If a client is late to arrive at the arranged pick-up point, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes before the appointment is automatically cancelled.
If a tour is interrupted at the request of the client, the client will not be entitled to any reimbursement.    

Claim - In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of the services “Vintage Tour Milano” provides, claims must be made to info@vintageotur.it, no more than 30 days after the date of your tour.
